Yoga for Pregnancy

6-week course of gentle yoga for pregnant women, including breathwork, positions for labour and birth and relaxation.

Details

Pre-natal yoga gently balances the body and mind, using a mixture of postures and breathing exercises.
It helps improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, helps to strengthen and improve flexibility in muscles used for carrying the unborn baby as well as endurance muscles used in labour.
It also helps to decrease back pain, shortness of breath and nausea.

Added benefit of socialising with other mums-to-be.

Instructions

Please wear comfortable clothes for sitting, stretching and moving around in and bring a yoga mat if you have one.

​

£66 for the 6 week course. Discount available for repeat clients.
